We offer free ground shipping on all USA orders over $500.

We ship via UPS or FedEx ground, estimated delivery is 2-5 business days. Overnight and 2-Day shipping is available for an additional fee upon your request.

All orders placed before 5pm PST will ship within 1-3 days Monday thru Friday. Orders can be tracked by logging into your accounts page.

We do not ship or do business outside the United States of America.

If your item is damaged during shipping or defective, Quickvee will replace the item at no cost. Pre-paid return postage will be provided by us to return the hardware/equipment. Simply contact us at returns@quickvee.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). Please keep all original packaging.
